The 2nd coordination meeting of project partners within the project “EAGLE” (Enhancing the Accommodation Generating Local Environment Pitomača-Pecs), which was approved for funding under the Cross-border Cooperation Program Interreg Hungary-Croatia 2014-2020, and began implementation on October 1, 2020,was held on March 24, 2021, through the Google meet platform.
The meeting was organized by the Hungarian partner, the forestry from Pécs – Mecsekerdő Zrt.
In addition to the representatives of the Hungarian partner Milan Kiss, Miklos Szenasi and Bettina Balogh, the meeting was also attended by representatives of Croatian partners: the Municipality of Pitomača (Marinko Barčan and Hrvoje Filipović), the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Pitomača (Ivona Pankaz) and DRAFT d.o.o. (Majda Kodžaga).
The partners commented on the past reporting period, which was successfully submitted through the online platform I +. They also presented all ongoing project activities, with an emphasis on the implementation of public procurement. Procurement for the works, which are the largest in amount, are in preparation and will be announced soon.
